Woolems
Luxury Home Builders
Woolems is a luxury custom-home builder known for ultra-high-end ground-up estates across Palm Beach and the surrounding coast, working from an office at 2465 Mercer Avenue, Suite 203, in West Palm Beach. Under the banner "where building is art," the firm specializes in new construction of the caliber the island expects — the craftsmanship, materials and finish that a landmark-quality Palm Beach estate demands — rather than production work. For an owner replacing an aging house with a new estate on a scarce island lot, a builder of this standing brings the specialist trades, the budget and schedule discipline, and the capacity to carry a multi-year, highly scrutinized project through the Town's approvals and the coast's demands. Woolems holds Florida general contractor license CGC010222 and builds across Palm Beach, Miami Beach and Boca Raton. Reach the firm at (561) 835-0401 to discuss a custom estate on Palm Beach.
