Shipping is FREE to all countries. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.

US orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. 

Products stocked in our US warehouse take 5-10 business days to arrive. 

Products stocked in our international warehouses take 7-15 business days to arrive.

Customers outside of the United States, may have to pay customs taxes and import duties depending on the policy of the local government. This is the responsibility of the customer.

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. If you did not receive this email, please check your bulk or spam folder and you will probably find the email there. 

Once you receive your tracking number, orders can be tracked by going to our Order Tracking Page.

Yes we can deliver to PO Boxes.

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, EUR, CHF, DKK, HKD, HRK, HUF, ILS, ISK, JPY, KRW, MYR, NZD, PLN, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, UAH, and VND

You can choose the type of currency you want to pay in by tapping on the drop down currency selector. On mobile click the three menu bars at the top right and chose the currency selector a the bottom of the drop down menu. On desktop click on the currency selector at the top right of your screen. Then choose your desired currency. 

If your credit or debit card use a currency that we do not support, then you will be charged in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, EUR, CHF, DKK, HKD, HRK, HUF, ILS, ISK, JPY, KRW, MYR, NZD, PLN, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, UAH, or VND, depending on the currency you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

If you are trying to pay with a credit card and your payment is not going through, please double check your ZIP Code or Postal Code. Also double check the security number on your credit card. If the order still doesn't go through, we suggest you contact your credit card company directly.

If you are having problems paying by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify Pay, please contact those companies directly.

If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your item, you can return it to us. You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to us.

Need to return something? Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. But don’t be upset, ArtZMiami works very hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible. Please get in touch with our Customer Service department, by sending an email to customerservice@artzmiami.com. Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

In the unlikely event that you've received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 7 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to customerservice@artzmiami.com. Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase. Please also describe the problem and provide pictures if possible. We will send you a new item or refund your money, which ever you prefer. We'll make sure you are happy. 

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds. So you can get a refund and then purchase the item that you want instead.

You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to us.

We aim to have your return refunded as soon as it has been received back into our warehouse, allowing you to reorder as quickly as possible. 

If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order. You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund.

Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can take 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team, we will notify you by email once this has been processed. 

Received a faulty or broken item? We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 7 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to customerservice@artzmiami.com.

1. Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase. 

2. Please send us a photo of the broken item, and a photo of the shipping label that’s on the outside packaging. If the outside of the packaging was also broken, kindly include a photo that shows that as well.

3. We will send you a new item or refund your money, which ever you prefer. We'll make sure you are happy.

We’re very sorry but we are unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

Changing the item or size

Delivery/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method

There is a 15-minute time frame during which you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button. After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you'll need to wait until you receive the order, and then follow our returns process which can be found here. 

If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. You will have to return it once you receive it. 

Received the wrong item? We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a wrong item, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 7 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to customerservice@artzmiami.com. 

Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase. Please let us know which item you did not receive and describe the item that you received instead and provide pictures if possible. We will send you a new correct item or refund your money, which ever you prefer. We'll make sure you are happy.

If you entered the wrong shipping address on your order, please let us know right away, by sending an email to customerservice@artzmiami.com. Once a package is shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. We cannot refund your order if your package is not delivered to you because you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
